How do I get there?

Our Hanover office is located at 23 South Main Street, Suite 2B, Hanover NH 03755.

Our Concord office is located at 2 Pillsbury Street, Suite 401 Concord, NH  03301.

Where do I park?

Hanover Office:  Metered parking is offered in downtown Hanover and along side streets.  Meters tend to be 2-3 hours; however, there is a 10 hour lot on Maple Street.

Concord Office:  There is ample parking at the building.

Is your building wheel chair accessible?

Hanover:  Please let us know of your needs.  Our usual elevator access is currently modified by construction behind our building.

Concord:  An elevator is available to bring you to the 4th floor suite.

What are your hours?

We are open 8:00am-7:00pm on Monday to Thursday and 8:00am-4:00pm on Friday.  Some of our clinicians may be available alternative hours.  We close for major holidays and weekends.

How do I make an appointment?

What happens at the first appointment?

Your first appointment will include gathering background information about you, symptoms you may be experiencing, and setting treatment goals.

What is your confidentiality policy?

We consider confidentiality to be of utmost importance and will never share your personal information with anyone without your written permission unless legally obligated to do so to maintain your or someone else’s safety.  We maintain an entirely internal medical records system that is not accessible to anyone outside of our team of clinicians and administrative staff.  Further accommodations may be available upon request.

What should I bring with me?

Although we do not directly bill insurance companies, we can help you submit for out of network benefits.  If you would like our help with this, please bring your insurance card.  Please also bring any important documents that you would like us to review, such as past evaluation reports or legal documents.  Please bring the name and contact information for any individuals whom you would like us to be able to contact on your behalf.

How long is the first appointment?

Most first appointments are 1 hour long. You will be informed at the time of scheduling if your appointment is scheduled for a longer duration.

How do I pay for services?

We take cash, check or major credit cards.  Payment is expected at the time of service.
